NANDGAON PETH
Nandganv Peth a village in Amravati tahsil is nearly 11 km. (7 miles) from Amravati on the Morsi road, inhabited by a large number of Muhammedans. A bazar is held on every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Two Hindu temples, a masjid and a tomb of a Muhammedan saint are supported by service inams. The temples, mosque and the tomb are still in tact. Recently the Zilla Parisad has established an allopathic dispensary.
