TOURIST FACILITY
Tourist traffic to Bhir district is negligible.
There is no place of tourist interest except the
temple of Vaijnath which is a pilgrims' place. The temple which is the seat
of a jyotirling attracts thousands of pilgrims.
Rest Houses
The government of Maharashtra maintains rest houses and forest
bungalows primarily for the use of government officers on official
tours. Some of them are open to the public as well. Generally
these bungalows are well equipped and furnished.
There are 13 rest houses in the seven tahsils of the districts
which are enlisted below: —
