JAVADE
Javade, a village lying 16 km. (10 miles) north-west of Shahada seems to have been the site of large and populous town. Some years back some Buddhist sculptures in white marble, apparently of the same period and style as those of Ajanta were found in the forest and sent to the Prince of Wales Museum.[Mr.
