PANKHED
Pankhed, in Sakri taluka, is a village with 4,328 inhabitants in 1961, known for the samadhi of Ratnakar Maharaj, a saint of local repute. The samadhi, with no protective shade over it, has images of Shankar and Vishnu in the front. Nearby there are two water tunks-kundas. Hardly 21.33 metres away (70 ft.) flows the river Panjhara.
