FOREST PRODUCTS
Forest products are divided mainly into two
classes; major and minor. The former included timber and fuel,
valued at Rs. 3,58,074 in 1956-57. In the same year the value of
minor products, viz., green bamboos, dry bamboos, puranas,
lac, temburni leaves, rosha grass, gum,
ghat-bori anjan and palas leaves, charoli,
etc., amounted to Rs. 1,71,377.
