4,535.1 square miles. The area figures shown in column (3) were obtained from
the District Inspector of Land Records or from local records.
In the case of Chopda, Raver and Yawal talukas, the area figures given in this
table are not the mere arithmetical totals of the area figures for villages
given in the Primary Census Abstracts, but include area figures for forest areas
as well.
