FARKANDE
Farkande (Erandol taluka, 20°50' N, 75°15' E; R. S. Erandol Road, m. 20; p. 1,244), six miles south-west of Erandol, has a mosque built about 230 years ago by one Chand Momin, with two minarets said to be so sensitive that when one is shaken the other moves. The minarets were recently repaired.
