HAMRAPUR
Hamarapur (T. Pen; 18°45' N, 730 05 E; p. 639). It was originally named Herambhapur. Situated, as it is, near Sanksi fort the town had acquired importance in the past and was the head quarters of the area. Under British rule it was shifted to Pen.
