BRIDGES
In the absence of old record it is not possible to mention the year and cost of construction of all the bridges in the district. The details regarding the location and construction of the major bridges in the district since 1948 are given in table No. 4. All the national and State highways and many of the major district roads are provided with bridges and causeways across the rivers and nallas.
