TOURISTS FACILITIES
The Government has provided considerable tourist facilities in Sholapur district. There are 34 rest-houses maintained by the Government of Maharashtra. Primarily these rest-houses are meant for Government officers on duty. But they are also made available to the public. A nominal rent is charged to Government servants on duty. The following is the taluka-wise list of rest-houses [Inspection bungalows and district bungalow are now called rest-houses.] in the Sholapur district:—
