KALGAON.
Kalgaon is a large village in Darvha tahsil 12.87 km (about
eight miles) distant from Darvha. Its population was 2,208 in 1961. It contains a shrine to Kamaleshvara which is a fine model of Hemadpanti style of architecture. The village has a medical dispensary, a middle school and a post office. A weekly bazar is held on Sundays. Potable water is drawn from wells.
